The Mighty Armory 9mm Carbide Taper Crimp Reloading die tapers the cartridge case back to SAAMI spec angle to match the sizing. Does not require case lube. 

The 9mm Carbide Crimp Die eliminates the need to lube your cases. The carbide is not a ring insert; the die has a full length bore in which the carbide is pressed into the die body under tension and to a stop wall. The bottom of the die is steel wrapped to ensure the pressed-in carbide barrel tension is held securely.

Once the bullet is seated, the Carbide Crimp Die will match SAAMI spec sizing to provide consistent and uniform tension around the circumference of the bullet. For the 9mm, average diameter to crimp the case is .376 to .379, which will prevent bullet setback.
